Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your workspace billing settings. When upgrading, the change takes effect immediately and you're billed the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You pay for the number of people in your workspace who actively use NudgeX. Each seat gets their own connected inbox, personal queue, and full feature access. You can add or remove seats anytime — billing adjusts automatically.
No — never. Every follow-up requires a human click before it's sent. NudgeX drafts the message and explains why it's recommending it, but your team always makes the final call. This is an architectural decision, not a feature toggle.
NudgeX integrates with Outlook and Gmail through their providers' official OAuth authorizations. We connect with read and send permissions only — we never see or store your email password. Google OAuth verification is in progress. Gmail is currently available to invited testers only. Connect Outlook to get started. Enterprise customers can work with us on custom integration requirements.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest using 256-bit AES, isolated per workspace at the database level, and protected by five security layers. No data is used for model training. Every action is logged in an immutable audit trail. See our Security page for the full breakdown.
